I also meant to say you can just merely comment out the code that raises
that exception and then build 43 will be just fine.

Build 43 has an issue that should be addressed before it is used in
production. In the TIB_Column.SysBeforeModify method there is an exception
that is raised saying "not in an edit state". There are some cases, for
example a KeyLinks relationship, that need to modify a column value when the
dataset is not in an edit state. I need to work with this more before it is
released.

Sorry for those who have been bitten by this issue.
