I have not heard of this problem before. Sounds very odd to me.
You may want to upgrade your IBO version and try it. It should be fairly
straight forward to update to the latest.

Subject: [IBO] Memory Leakage in Linux
Sir,
I am using Delphi5 and IB_Objects4 for product development. In our product
we are facing memory leakage issue. ie, after fetching data, memory is not
releasing.
Package details : Product developed in Delphi5 using IB_Objects 4
Database : Firebird 2.1.1/Firebird 2.1.2/Firebird 2.1.3
Server : Linux (Redhat 5 or Scientific Linux)
Database size : 6.5GB
Server RAM : 8GB
Average No of Users : 110 users
In windows server, memory is releasing after disconnecting the database.
In linux server, memory is not releasing after disconnecting database. Is
there any solution for releasing memory in linux server?
