Hi,

I'm just upgrading from D2007 to DXE3 and I'm facing the same problem
as OP: IBOAdmin is the only component library not working with DXE3.

Jason, what's the status of IBO5? Is it possible to use your updated
IBOAdmin with the latest IBO4?
