As for the installer, it's not much of a problem to support multiple
versions of Delphi. My new installer makes it even easier to deal with than
before because I am storing everything in a matrix and the installer code is
more generic. Adding in a new version of Delphi will be much easier and I've
already done all the work to support the older versions.

As I said before, the part about maintaining all of the package files was
the time killer because I had to go and manually change the Version Info for
each package. Now I have a program that does that automatically in just a
few seconds.

That's why I'm writing a program to automate the maintenance of them.

Jason:

IMHO: At some point you need to give up early Delphi support--especially for
an installer. You've got more things to work on! Sooner rather than later.
