Thomas,
I recently fixed a painting issue with the button bars. What version are you
on right now? Perhaps you need to just get the latest release.

Subject: [IBO] TIB_*Bar components in themed application on Windows 7
Hello Jason,
I'm using Delphi 2010 on Win7. When enabling runtime themes in the
project options, the various TIB_*Bar components look a bit weird at
run-time. Look here:
http://www.iblogmanager.com/download/misc/ibo_themed_problem.jpg
Once you have moved the mouse over a button, it somehow got some kind of
raised/hot state and this doesn't go away when leaving the button with
the mouse cursor.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Thomas
