I am aware of problems existing in Delphi 5 and 6 with the latest version of
IBO. I don't know why this problem exists but for this reason I officially
dropped support for Delphi 3, 4, 5 & 6.

If someone can figure out what went wrong, or perhaps go through the tedious
process of testing versions of IBO until the problem manifests, then I would
consider officially supporting those versions with IBO 4.9.x again.
