I posted a new release to all areas.

The major things addressed are:

Improvements to handling of Schema Cache Table.
Fixed problem with IndexFieldNames property of TIBOTable.
Enhanced the BlobInserts sample app to include array columns as input
parameters. I needed to fix a few things in IBO's array handling in order to
use them as input parameters.
