OK I wound back a bit further. I had been doing a 'build all' but still had
copies of the built files to get around the 'can't find xxx' error's from the
other packages. I've wiped every IBO40 file and the all the intermediate files I
can see. I've also stripped the package entries in BCB6 so that everything is
clean. IBO40CRT_C6 and IBO40CDT_C6 build just giving several IBO40ART_C6.bpi not
found errors, but IBO40ART_C6 fails with 28 unresolved externals on the
IBO40CRT_C6 exports. It will not let me switch to "build with run-time packages"
on the IBO build, but I expect that - I think ... so now I'm a little stuck.

My next step was to add IBO40CDT_C6 in as a package so that it is available, but
I am getting an error on trying to load IBO40CRT_C6 ...
entry point @ibd_login@initialization$qqrv not found
But since that has not been compiled yet why would it be called?
