The issue remaining is it appears to make a difference if your install path
has a space in it or not. It works great when I do C:\IBO4 as the install
path but anything longer and with spaces and it fails to link in the
resources. I can't quite pin down why it is failing due to the space. It
might be how my settings are inside the package files themselves. I could
have non-quoted settings that should be quoted.

Aage,
Yes, I believe I did. I have been working extensively on the installer the
past few days. I have solved some of the problems, but not all.
Thanks for your help.

Did you see my email to jason@... ?
My first (second, actually) install into D/XE2 was just fine, but the
next one failed. I gave some details on this in the email, posted
12.12.2011 (subject = "RE: Installing IBO 4.9.14 19 into D/XE2"). I
made two attempts.
