but rather has an internal thread id of some kind.
I've been using "Reply To" an arbitrary message so that my email client
would automatically put in all of the right information, including the
supportlist@... email address instead of my default personal one.
I'll keep this in mind for future purposes and make sure to start new
threads. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
