Ok, that makes a difference. You only get 64 bit with IBO 5.x.

Perhaps there is some confusion about my version system.

This is the latest release of IBO 4.x:

Major Version - 4
Minor Version - 9
Release - 14
Build - 22

I don't quite have Build 22 released yet but I am working on it right now.

Build 20 and 21 have a problem with event alerters.
