Hi!
1) Copy fbclient.dll, msvcpXXXX.dll and msvcrXXXX.dll (where XXXX is number of actual version of MSVC run-time) from ..\bin\ folder from your FB installation (for FB15 - fbclient.dll only needed) - it`s minimal client (also your can copy firebird.msg too - for display correct FB messages).
2) Please check for correct database path in TIB_Connection settings - may be you are not set it in code correctly or replace to empty string?
