I had them set up correctly - at least from a logical point
of view ;-)

I am not telling any more about this as I found the source of the
problem: there must not be spaces in the KeyDescLinks.

When I had set them as
Markets.Market_Name = Newsletter_Market_Name
it did not work, but when I changed it to
Markets.Market_Name=Newsletter_Market_Name

IBO is a bit inconsistent here, as it accepts spaces in the KeyLinks,
but not in the KeyDescLinks.

As a said, I am using IBO 4.3Aa, so maybe this problem has already
been corrected in newer versions.
