Maybe I need to be clear.
My question was "Is this possible?"
My question should have been "How can this be done?"

My code to get results uses

OnPrepareSQL, BeforeExecute and AfterExecute events as seen in the IB_FTS project.

But This is not compatible with what I want to do, which is as I have stated before a direct insert statement.
