Can I get feedback from the IBO community on D2009. I bought D2006, but abandoned it after 6 weeks as being slower, buggier, and with an intensely irritating and bloated IDE. Several times the whole thing terminated itself with an unidentified error, and failed to save my work. I went back to D7.

I bought D2009 when it came out, before realising I would have to wait for a compatible IBO release, so now I have no excuse not to use it.

D2009 seems to have a much better reputation. I am aware of the coding issues, including unicode issues, but what about the rest of it? How painful will it be to move from the D7 environment to the D2009 environment?
