I'm using 5/8/2009 Release 4.9 Build 2 (beta) and I'm porting from 1/27/2007 Sub-Release 4.7 Build 16

I'll see if I can provide you a sample code. If I drop a new IBOQuery in D2009, it works fine. Unfortunately I do not have a pc anymore with a D7 environment...
