Set up the 'Bugs' tracker. If everyone agrees with the setup (especially
the Categories and Groups - have a look), I'll add also a 'Feature
requests' tracker. (Or whatever tracker the community needs). As a note,
the logic behind 'Categories' is:
1. Everything which is related with components goes in the
appropriate category which I've taken from the Component Palette to keep
the things clear. (Ok, I made one category for Internet / WebSnap).
2. Everything which is related with user's experience at
installation & design time has its own category.

In 'Groups' I put the IBO versions: 4.8.7 (the current one) & 5.0 (the
expected one with D2009 - if Jason or someone thinks that it should have
other numbering please drop a line).

Posted already an issue there as an example. It's taken from this
mailing list - see few messages bellow - credits goes to Olivier.
Normally, this list should receive a notification from the tracker that
an issue is added.

Also, under 'Hosted Apps' you'll find a poll and a wiki engine
(MediaWiki). If there are no objections I'll try to play with these.
