Thanks! Things are coming together. I have been able to sell the property
I've been struggling with. It was a lot of work putting that all together...

Making IBO my fulltime endeavor is what I will be doing shortly. Hang in
there.

Also, if anyone has any short term contracts I'd be happy to consider them.
