It seems to be more intermittant but it does eventually work within a minute
or two by trying over and over.

Still not sure what it going on. It has to do with the hand over between my
web-site and my merchant' web-site. I generate a little fingerprint that is
a hash of various pieces of information to ensure nothing is corrupted in my
request for a payment window.

Anyway, still working on it...
