You install it like any other Delphi Package.

Open the *.dpk files (one for Runtime, on for Designtime) that match
your Delphi Version (*14.dpk = Delphi 2010, *12.dpk = Delphi 2009, ...).
Compile the Runtime package, install the Designtime package.

Thats all.
