We are very worried about the virtual disappearance of Jason. It will
be a lot of work to switch from IBO, even though we have avoided using
any of the IBO VCL components, and I don't want to switch to another
option which could easily die on us in another year or two. We want to
move to Delphi 2009, but dare not.
I'm hoping Codegear will come up with a DBX4 driver for FB very soon.

Do we have any word from Jason? This is getting a little troubling, as
we
have a pretty large codebase invested in IBO - if it's just dying out
like
this, it will mean a *lot* of work either replacing it or hacking it
ourselves, and I don't even know where to start from really.
How are others feeling about IBO currently?
