Check the Path setting in your application code. You're getting the error because Firebird is encountering a semicolon after the drive designator and is re-using it when trying to set the path to your temp directory. (Maybe the typo is in your aliases file...)

Also highly recommended is to explicitly configure your sort space....tho' this is wandering off-topic for IBO.
