I would like to setup an archiving DB system. Could the replicator be
setup to replicate all DB actions except when a specific user is
logged on?

The reason for this question is that I would like to replicate my
production DB but would like to clear "old" data on a monthly basis
and would like the replicator to ignore the deletes that are initiated
by a "maintenance" DB user. This way the archive/replicated DB will
retain the data that I want to clear out of my production DB for
speed/maintenance reasons.
