I have no objection to discussing any aspect of IBO's development here in
public.

When I invite people to work one-on-one directly I assume people would
prefer to have the dialog in private so that they can share aspects of their
product in a way that doesn't expose that information to the public. In
software development it can be very unwise to let on to what your project is
because in software being the first to market can make all the difference.
