"my two demo apps from the Files area"

How do I find your two demo apps? I looked through the list and saw
several apps you've put out there, but didn't see ones that are
related to a backup. What are they called?

I can't get either app that came with IBO Admin to run. One if missing
the Files IB_Directives.inc file, the other complains that Interbase
is not installed.
