Thank you for reply!

Yes, I am still using Delphi 5.

I have tested with both same engine, FB1.5 and also FB2.1
No difference.

Because of limitations on FB1.5 (max table size), I am upgrading the
db to FB2.1, and I therefore have to use a much newer version of IBO.
