I dont know how to define a full path or stepping back up the folder path
since there is no example of it in the .ini file so I didnt try. Sorry -
you would have to find out elsewhere - or by experiment ;-)

BTW I since found an article on the CodeGear site "How to Plug 3rd-Party
Help into RAD Studio Help" but it doesnt say anything more than I did.
