There must be products out there that already do it. Both Raize Components
and Report Builder have the latest help files.

I let my help software expire long ago since my very nice customers have
never insisted on an integrated help system ;-) The one I had (help system
not customer!) was able to read in .hlp files so I would guess the latest
ones can do that and spit out .hxs files.
