I would help where I could too Jason, but as James said I would more than
likely be lost. One of the reasons I decided to buy ibo this second time
instead of just asking for it again as I have in the past was to help you
in the financial area....maybe others can give more. After all the reason
I am leaving the bde is to use a supported and stable method of accessing
firebird. If that means a community effort, then I will give some of my
free time to the project...well that is if it ends up as a community
licensed type project (and no I would not be upset if it became more of an
open community type project its sorta that anyway). I planned to get more
active again in firebird and other developement since I again have the
time, but maybe this project could be a place to call home. Also, I had
planned to play with porting it to lazarus just for fun (never got to play
with the ported code for kylix before it went away), maybe ibo itself
needs some attention in general. Is there a bug/feature request tracking
system available at least where we can start to see what this all amounts
to? If not perhaps that would be the place to start.
