As I understand it, this problem can occur if you have multiple
versions of Delphi installed on your machine and you allow the
installer to proceed with more than one of those versions check in
its list. If that is indeed your situation then, unfortunately, you
will need to do a thorough clean-up and begin again with a clean install.

MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL FOR ONLY ONE DELPHI VERSION per run of the installer.
