I think (from personal experience) that it is a known issue with
attempting to do multiple installs in a single run of the installer.

If you need to install both on the same machine, I would recommend a
total uninstall and clean-out of what you have, followed by two
separate runs of the installer, starting with the one for the lower
BCB version. __Check off__ the version you are not installing on the
respective runs.

If that still causes problems then contact me privately and I'll fix
you up with a more bomb-proof setup for your evaluation.
