Hi Jason,
- Open IBS_Base.pas (you probably get a complaining message about
TNMSMTP, which does not exist in BDS2006)
- Right-click and select "Add to repository" (hope this is the right
term, because my BDS version is in German)
- Enter the asked information
Open the following file with a text editor:
C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Objrepos\BorlandStudioRepository.xml
Scroll to the end. You will find the IBO service entry there or
somewhere else in this file.
HTH!
