Good news . .
Since upgrading to IBO version 4.7.16 it looks like the 'Invalid Bookmark
String'
has gone away.

Not so good news . .
Although there is no error the sub select column value does not appear in
the report designer preview.

Another problem is that double clicking the pipeline doesn't bring up the
fields editor any more it just goes to AfterClose event. (I changed OnClose
and OnOpen to AfterClose and AfterOpen in order to match the events in the
ancestor (RB10.05)).
