Is the help file included in the zip file out of date? The
instructions say to install these packages into Delphi:
frxIB_D#.dpk
dclfrxIB_D#.dpk
Where # is the Delphi version (ie. 10 indicates Delphi 2006).

There are these files in the zip file:
frxTIB_D10.dpk
dclfrxTIB_D10.dpk

I have tried compiling with these packages, but I get the error message:
[Pascal Error] frxTIB_D10.dpk(32): E2199 Packages 'vcljpg' and 'frx10'
both contain unit 'jpeg'.
I'm not sure how to deal with this error.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
