thanx Jason, but i have been looking for some focus point where i can
handle this.

the fact is, i have alot of code like this throughout the app...and
the Connection.OnError seems to be the right place to handle network
connectivity issues...But it never gets there when i am using such an
exception handling code.

is there a way still?
