I agree, but at the same time, FB 2.0 is not official yet. So,
actually mentioning something in the IBO release notes should
basically be just that IBO has some changes to support FB 2.

But, at the same time, there probably should be a more detailed IBO
release notes(could be separate) for those that are actually testing
IBO against FB2. So that you would know what has changed and to
properly test those changes. And, to see what might still be missing
and report any outstanding issues.
