I expect he is talking about IB_Session511.pas. You can use this as
a model for a little unit that you can compile with your app to point
the IB_GDS32 constant to an alternative client library name. Give
the unit a useful name and include it in the Uses clause of your DPR
file, as the *very first* item in the clause.

Nevertheless, without doing this, it should still be sufficient to
have fbembed.dll, renamed as 'gds32.dll', present in your application
directory.
