well just so you know...
I just downloaded and installed 4.6 (Friday), I renamed my old IBO4 dir to
IBO4.5, (didn't touch anything in Delphi7) then ran the installer. It all
worked perfectly. If I want to go back a version I can rename the dirs and
recompile the project group file I imagine.
