The Replication components, maybe? On the iboTools menu,
TIB_RPL*. There's a helpfile too - downloadable if you're
registered, or online at the website if you're not (Click thru from
http://www.ibobjects.com/iborpl.html)

Also, there's a demo project in the IBO root directory: IB_RPL.dpr
