I just found the problem FINALLY! to what was causing the installation to
fail. I don't know how but the name of the file IBODataset.pas got changed
to IBODataSet.pas. Just having the "s" changed to "S" made this a very
strange issue to resolve.

I am now going to update the release files so that those who had trouble
will be able to get a good clean install.

What's strange is this only affected some people but not all.
