1) Do you have the various paths to the BPL, DCU and DCP files
properly set up in your IDE environment?

2) Have you tried adding all of these paths to your Browsing path also?

3) Have you searched your hard disk for the rest of the BPL
files? If I recall correctly, there should be 18, each with a
matching DCP file. Try moving all of them into projects/BPL or
wherever your IDE is looking for libraries.
