Some versions of the installer program have caused problems on some systems...

Yes, this and IB_OleContainer are the main source of trouble in using
the Delphi 6 installation. Ideally you need to get rid of them
both; but, using the installer, it is a bit of a chicken-and-egg
situation to try to do that.
