To the extent to which IBO is compatible with Fb/2, yes. There are
still some issues we know about (EXECUTE BLOCK and now-illegal
queries on the system tables...) Just compile the project that's in
your IBO 4.6 root directory.

Reminds me, I need to put up a fresh binary at the Downloads site...
