I sent you an email telling you that the sample you sent did not appear to
be complete. You had a reference to a table that did not exist and I
couldn't find any DDL statements or scripts.

But, I believe those issues you raised have been addressed and you should
test the Beta 8 release prior to resubmitting a bug case.

I have not yet specifically dealt with this because I need a sample app to
know I am testing exactly what you are dealing with. Going through all of my
code looking for places I am comparing identifiers and taking quoted columns
into account is something I have not yet fully focused on.
