I work the other way round - something that has caused problems with the
latest SeaMonkey changes :( since they do not anticipate people having
several Gb of email history. But I can search back to 1997 in some
areas. The display filtering means I only see unread mails initially.

I think we all underestimated the effect of FB2. We need the facilities
in many cases and hopefully future steps will be a little less of a problem.
