The FAQ at http://www.borland.com/us/products/turbo/index.html states
(cut and paste from various places):
"The Turbo Explorer and Professional editions are based on BDS 2006
Update 2 and several of the hotfixes.
Turbo Professionals are single language, single platform solutions that
are aimed at hobbyist developers, parttime professionals, and individual
professional developers. Borland Developer Studio (BDS) is a
multi-language, multi-platform development environment supporting C++,
C#, and Delphi languages and both Windows native and Windows .NET
application development.
Only one Turbo product can be installed on a PC or VM at a time. In
addition, the Turbo products cannot be installed on a machine that has
the Borland Developer Studio installed."
I think that only the Professionnal edition supports installation of
third party components, so Turbo Explorer won't work with IBO. But Turbo
Professional sounds like it is likely to work (though I'm neither gonna
uninstall my BDS 2006 nor buy Turbo Delphi Professional to test if it
actually does).
