I did it this way. I deinstalled all IBO 4.5 packages in delphi IDE
(delphi 7 prof) and recompiled the new IBO 4.6A packages. After that, I
installed all design packages in delphi IDE again. Is there anything
more to take care? All packages are located in the delphi \projects\bpl
dir. No bpls anywhere else.

I'm asking this, cause after installing IBO 4.6A there were access
violations when using a shared db_handle inside a MDI application.
After going back to IBO 4.5 this error was gone. If my IBO installation
is correct, I will open a new thread for this problem.
