P.S. To add to my confusion (or complete it) my IBODatabase
lists the page size at 1k.

I assume that this is an item to set or change.

I.E., if I did in fact have a 4k page size, with the
PageSize property in IBODatabase, I could restrict it
to 1k, and that the reason (?) it is set to 1k is because
that is the default? Hmmm?
