This was a VERY BAD bug, not a little bug. I don't know how this got past
me. Inserts and deletes only were broken, but this was still a very major
problem.
It is now fixed and will be in the next release.
Apparently people don't use CachedUpdates with IBO much? That's a little
unnerving considering the amount of work I put into them... But, they
definitely will work now.
