More information.

First of all, nothing is being logged into the event viewer.

Secondly, the msvcrt.dll and msvcp60.dll dlls do exist in the System32
folder and are newer than other copies under the Firebird install folder.

I've added a class that logs messages in the DPR before any forms or
classes are created. Not log is being generated so we're not even
getting to the DPR code.
